As a potential homebuyer, you will need to complete the application form and submit it to us. If you qualify for immediate financing we will notify you within 3 business days. HBAF is a tax exempt non-profit organization that provides Closing Costs and Down Payment Assistance when you purchase your new home. Your agreement with HBAF is that you agree to pay the appraised value for the property you choose. HBAF will negotiate with the seller to accept a lesser net amount in order to cover the Service Fee, required, to provide the Closing Costs and Down Payment. If you do not have or want to spend the funds to cover these expenses, then we can help you, if you qualify for financing. In simplest terms, if you have the funds to cover your Closing Costs and Down Payment and want to spend those funds, you do not need our help. We have a full range of financing available to qualified buyers through Amstar Mortgage Corporation. It doesn't matter if you have Good credit or credit with issues, we can help. |
